Populate the appropriate spreadsheet.
Send the spreadsheet to the CMMS Support Team via cmmssupport@cbcgroup.com.au
CMMS Support Team reviews the sheet and runs it through a validation process.
- Sometimes some fixes or clarifications are needed before import can occur succesfully.
CMMS Support Team advise that the import is ready to proceed, and request final go-ahead.
CMMS Support Team run the import and confirm success.

The CMMS portal now includes the ability to process price changes, such as annual CPI increases, via the Contract Settings view. Data Import via spreadsheet is no longer required.
