When bringing a new Provider on-board in CMMS, follow the below steps
1.0 Add Provider to CMMS
Have CBC Inductions set up the Provider in CMMS by emailing the completed New Provider setup information to inductions@cbcgroup.com.au .

2.0 Create Account Manager Users
Use the ‘Add User’ function to create Provider Account Manager user(s) See: CBC-PROC-141 Propose New User
Note: Once created, the CBC Induction team will need to activate each user Note: When a user signs up or is activated for login, they will receive an email with links to all the Provider Procedures automatically.
3.0 Create and Update Technicians
Advise the Provider Account Manager to update or create users for each of their technicians, admin users and mailboxes. This should include selecting appropriate notification options for administrative staff and assigning admin and technicians to Sites.
Direct them to: CBC-PROC-211 Propose New User_(Provider)
Note: Once created, the CBC Induction team will need to activate each user
4.0 Check Notification Settings
Ensure Notification Settings are selected for key notifications, i.e. New Work Orders, Qualification Enquiries, and Invoice Enquiries.

5.0 Provide Qualifications
Advise the Provider Account Manager to upload the required Qualifications for the Provider company itself (insurances etc), and for each technician (induction material)
